Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Insights & Strategy in a hybrid role. You will generate insights across primary and secondary data, synthesize them into actionable recommendations, and partner with brand marketing and sales teams to shape strategy.

The role requires strong analytics, storytelling, and influence without authority to drive change across the organization. You will work on advancing IIS capabilities, including AI-driven tools, and contribute to long-range forecasts

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 6+ years in consulting, finance, or market analytics.
• 3+ years developing data-driven brand strategy for major assets, US/global level.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines with timely insight derivation.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing primary market research.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute best-in-class primary market research to represent the voice of the customer and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Integrate primary research with secondary data and performance data to build a complete market picture.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate marketing-campaign effectiveness.
• Support strategic thought partnership to brand marketing and sales teams and translate insights into actions.
• Communicate complex ideas with clear data-supported narratives to leadership.
