Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for its Electric Heat business. You will define the CX direction, build a capable team, and align cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class experiences for National Accounts, OEMs, and distributors.

You will balance strategic roadmap development with hands-on execution, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement across service standards, order management, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer service/operations/order management with leadership
• Proven ability to build teams, set direction, coach, and drive performance
• Experience influencing cross-functional decisions and senior stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the customer experience strategy for Electric Heat and related platforms
• Build and coach a high-performing CX organization across multiple functions
• Lead National Accounts, OEM, strategic accounts, and escalations
• Oversee day-to-day customer service, order management, and issue resolution
• Develop KPIs and governance to monitor service quality and performance
• Manage ERP implementation, data integrity, and system enhancements
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT and others
