Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer specializing in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions. You will work closely with clients and delivery teams to design and implement modern GECX capabilities on Google Cloud Platform, contributing to end-to-end project execution and client success.

Responsibilities include developing AI agents, CCaaS configurations, and integration within client architectures, with travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years in technology transformation (Conversational AI, CCaaS, or cloud-based contact center solutions).
5+ years in contact center tech and best practices (AI agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration/implementation across platforms).
5+ years aligning tech with benchmarks, metrics, and agent scorecards.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6+ years with Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer-channel projects.
Architect and advise on GECX offerings and client environments.
Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
