Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator to provide premier customer service and manage end-to-end freight documentation for inbound and outbound movements. You will coordinate with customs, brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On-site posting in California and a competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 24 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Organizational and inter-personal skills.
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with high-quality service and ensure timely release or movement of freight/cargo.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to customs and clients.
• Identify and resolve problems delaying freight release or movement.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to meet customer requirements.
• Resolve billing issues and coordinate post-entry activity for customers.
• Interact with customers and internal teams; produce operational trend reports.
• Support account administrators with workload management and entry reconciliation.
