Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-focused Documentation Coordinator to support US Customs entry processes for import shipments. You will coordinate required paperwork, ensure correct classification, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires a HS diploma and strong data-entry skills; remote work is possible nationwide with on-site days for certain locations. Training provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required. No industry experience required. No work experience required.
• A minimum of one year of experience using computer systems in a professional/educational environment with data entry and document creation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOPs, tariff book, internet or customs.
• Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to US Customs.
• Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements.
• Adhere to all international importing regulations.
• Work closely with internal staff to deliver high level of service.
• Process agency brokerage shipments.
• Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed.
