FedEx Logistics in Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator to support customs brokerage and freight movements. You will prepare documentation, communicate with customers and partners, and resolve issues to ensure timely release and accurate entry processing. The role requires 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and strong MS Office skills.

Paid training provided; you will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities to grow in a global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required.
• MS Office, Outlook, Office equipment required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Organizational and inter-personal skills.
• Problem solving and ability to handle time sensitive work.
• Detail oriented with knowledge in HTS classification.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and federal requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide impeccable customer service and resolution to ensure timely movement of freight.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to U.S. Customs, agents, and clients.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to exceed customer requirements.
• Resolve billing and accounts issues and input data accurately.
• Perform entry verification and coordinate post-entry activities.
• Interact with customers and internal staff; produce operational trend reports.
