DHL is seeking a Senior Clearance Manager to oversee customs clearance and ensure efficient operations across our team of clearance agents. The role focuses on leadership, process improvement, and compliance with Customs and Participating Government Agencies.

Reporting to the Senior Clearance Manager, the position emphasizes coaching, performance management and delivering service excellence in a dynamic logistics environment.

Formación

• BS/BA and 3–5 years in Customs Clearance/International Trade in a supervisory/management role.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs and international trade basics.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice to internal and external customers.
• Ensure staff operations meet timeframes and governance standards.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently administered.
• Assign work, set dates, review performance per policy.
