Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks a Customs Broker to support international clients, coordinating origin, destination, and U.S. branch offices to move ocean and air imports through customs clearance from notification to final billing.

You will ensure compliance with regulations and accurate data handling. The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a keen focus on customer satisfaction, with responsibilities spanning document review, ISF filings, and timely post‑clearance

Qualifications

• Current Customs Broker license is required.
• Three-plus years of experience in Customs Broker/Freight Forwarder operations preferred.
• Proficiency with CargoWise/ACE, In‑Bond/ISF/AMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Supervisory experience is a plus and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of ocean and air import shipments through customs clearance.
• File customs entries and monitor data entry into the customs system.
• Assist with protests and prior disclosures as needed.
• Create accurate invoices and support audit processes with management.
• Ensure compliance with government agencies and timely post‑clearance delivery.
