Quick USA Inc. in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks a Customs Brokerage Manager to lead import compliance and brokerage activities, serving as broker of record and ensuring adherence to US customs regulations.

You will oversee Foreign Trade Zone and bonded warehouse operations, train staff, interface with government agencies, and drive compliant client onboarding and account development on-site from 8:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a 4-year college degree is preferred.
• Customs Broker license required, with 5+ years’ experience in customs brokerage and management.
• Excellent customer service skills for diverse client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in unsupervised settings.
• Clear written communication (letters, memos, emails).
• Professional demeanor with internal/external customers, vendors and officials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Audit import compliance and foreign trade zone operations per US laws.
• Interface with government agencies; maintain bonds and powers of attorney.
• Provide CBP regulations guidance and classification advice.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy/timeliness of entries.
• Quote bonded warehouse opportunities; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Onboard new customers; develop customized logistics programs.
• Conduct VIP account compliance audits.
