Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Customer Value Architect to manage adoption and value plans for a defined book of accounts in a relationship-focused role. You will own end-to-end value realization, track ROI, and drive enablement and product usage across business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in customer success or related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.

Responsibilities

Own the value plan for portfolios, connecting business problems to outcomes.
Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to customer priorities.
Run discovery on customer priorities and pain points, translating learnings into adoption plans and updates.
Partner with Account Executives on expansion and renewal teams to support growth with evidence of value.
Lead enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to deepen usage.
Monitor usage signals and lead business reviews to surface what's working and catch risks early.
Identify underused features and contracted capabilities, turning them into concrete recommendations.
Triage product questions and route complex issues to the right team.
Develop a point of view on a customer's AI maturity and leverage Mixpanel's AI surface to enhance product data.
Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations and share learnings with the broader team.
