Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence and analytics platform, is seeking a relationship-driven Customer Value Architect to manage a defined book of accounts. You will connect investments to real outcomes, ensure adoption, and collaborate with sales and renewal teams to drive ROI.

You will build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders and shape how customers leverage AI in their product workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including business and technical teams.
• Translate data concepts into actionable business outcomes.
• Experience tying product usage to ROI and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption and value plan for a defined book of accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support discovery of customer priorities and update adoption plans.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on expansion and renewal efforts.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboards, funnels, and retention modeling.
• Monitor usage signals and support business reviews to surface insights.
