Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Ability to translate product usage data into business outcomes for customers.
• Experience turning insights into adoption plans and ROI storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the value plan for a defined account portfolio from problem to outcomes.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and align capabilities to customer needs.
• Run discovery to identify priorities and translate into adoption plans and internal updates.
• Partner with Account Executives on expansions and renewals, presenting value evidence.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboards, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
• Monitor usage signals and drive reviews to deepen adoption and mitigate risk.
• Spot underused features and convert into actionable recommendations.
• Triage product questions and route to appropriate teams.
• Develop a POV on customer AI maturity and leverage Mixpanel AI features.
• Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations.
