You will partner with Account Executives and renewal teams to drive adoption, ROI, and long-term value through data-driven enablement and AI-enabled workflows. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.
• Proven ability to build relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
• Experience connecting product usage to customer ROI and outcomes.
• Comfort enabling adoption plans linked to customer goals.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling beyond casual use (LLMs, MCP-based workflows).

Responsibilities

• Own and advocate for value plans across your book of accounts, linking business problems to outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with primary stakeholders and align Mixpanel capabilities to customer priorities.
• Identify priorities, convert insights into adoption plan updates, and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on expansion and renewal strategies, demonstrating adoption evidence.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to boost usage.
• Monitor usage signals and conduct business reviews to surface opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Spot underused features and contracted capabilities, turning them into recommendations.
