Job summary

Coherix is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer to install, set up, train, and support adhesive dispensing and sealant hardware and software in automotive manufacturing environments, onsite or via remote access. The role requires 50%+ travel (domestic and international), with trips rarely longer than two weeks.

The engineer will bring critical customer feedback to application engineering, sales, marketing and product development teams to drive product improvements and customer success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support engineering or a related field.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, setup, train, and provide ongoing support for adhesive dispensing hardware/software.
• Capture and relay critical customer feedback to application engineering, sales and product teams.
• Travel 50%+ domestically and internationally, with trips generally not exceeding two weeks.
