Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Field Support Specialist to deliver in-field technical assistance to partners and customers. You will troubleshoot, perform on-site interventions, and carry out corrective actions across AutoStore installations.

Travel for this role can be up to 80%, with on-site deployments, installation support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure service readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hands-on field support with mechanical or electrical focus.
• Ability to quickly master complex technical systems and communicate solutions.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to train users.

Responsibilities

• Respond to cases and perform on-site interventions and corrective actions.
• Support partners at trade shows and during installations, upgrades, and quality investigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness for service and feedback.
• Maintain service reports and parts usage in CRM and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel up to 80%.
