Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of field service or engineering experience.
• Hands-on problem solving with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel 75–90%, including international trips.
• BS in engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel 75-90% to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment.
• Familiarize customers with product usage and care.
• Develop processes and documentation for standard service actions.
• Recognize trends in field failures and report to development.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to investigate issues.
• Provide support to engineering and manufacturing teams as needed.
• Availability for occasional off-hours calls and work.
• Ability to travel internationally.
