Aufgaben

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders/substitutes, and price inquiries.
• Acts as liaison for invoicing, reimbursement, and post-sales support; resolves problems and recalls with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and returns; identifies trends and opportunities.
• Works with internal partners to optimize inventory, cost control and profitability while improving service.
