Job summary

DAC International, LLC is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist to drive order entry, quoting, invoicing, and customer correspondence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes CRM use (Salesforce) and data management in Excel, collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. Prior CRM experience is highly valued for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and managing quotes in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong quoting and invoicing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Able to collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and sales inquiries, managing quotes, orders, and product information.
• Prepare and follow up on equipment, aftermarket, replacement-part, and service quotes and proposals.
• Process purchase and sales orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing, including invoicing documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Shipping, and Finance to fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other systems, and generate reports/dashboards.
• Support pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics for leadership.
