Job summary

DAC International, LLC, an Addtronics company, seeks a hands-on Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist in Carpinteria, CA. You will manage orders, prepare quotes, support invoicing, and assist the sales team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, proficient with Excel and CRM systems, with strong communication across teams. Salesforce experience is a plus, but learning new systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Salesforce Experience: Experience in creating reports, building dashboards, and managing quoting processes in Salesforce.
• Quoting & Invoicing: Strong ability to process daily quotes and invoices with accuracy.
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Ability to analyze data using pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling.
• Sales Operations Experience: Background in sales support, analytics, or operations is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in managing sales data.
• Analytical & Accounting Mindset: Ability to interpret financial data, track revenue, and support financial reporting.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate across multiple teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation with pricing and delivery details.
• Provide responsive customer and account support for questions and resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in Salesforce.
• Support sales administration including records, documentation, reporting and follow‑up.
• Create Salesforce reports/dashboards and analyze data in Excel.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, engineering to fulfill orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and resolve quoting/invoicing/CRM issues.
• Assist onboarding and training of sales team on processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy and customer experience.
• Maintain reports and provide leadership with analysis for business initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors and internal teams.
