Job summary

DAC International, LLC, an Addtronics company, seeks a Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist to back day-to-day sales and customer operations. You will handle quote management, order entry, invoicing coordination, and customer correspondence, coordinating with the sales team and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service and sales support, Salesforce experience, and strong Excel skills, thriving in a technical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service and sales support.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Experience in a technical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer and sales inquiries, managing quotes, orders, and product information.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, confirming pricing and specs.
• Process orders through fulfillment and invoicing, including RMA coordination.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and generate reports and dashboards.
• Support pipeline forecasting and sales reporting.
• Assist with onboarding and training of sales team members and maintain SOPs.
