  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation by coordinating pricing, product information, delivery requirements, and other necessary details.
  • Provide responsive customer and account support, serving as a primary contact for order questions, requests, follow‑up, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, order, and sales data in Salesforce and other company systems; identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Support sales administration, including customer records, correspondence, order documentation, reporting, follow‑up, and special projects.
  • Create Salesforce reports and dashboards and use Microsoft Excel for sales and operational analysis, including formulas, pivot tables, forecasting, revenue tracking, commissions, and basic financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, engineering, and other teams to ensure customer requirements and orders are executed smoothly.
  • Coordinate accurate and timely invoicing and assist with resolving quoting, order, invoicing, CRM, and customer issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Support onboarding and training of sales team members on sales processes, order procedures, and applicable systems.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, data accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, records, and documentation and provide leadership with analysis and support for business initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining strong organization, accuracy, ownership, and follow‑through.
