Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Five years' customer service experience handling orders and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate important account information to Sales Representatives and other internal teams.
• Coordinate product specifications, availability, shipping, quotes and samples for customers.
• Act as a link between customer, design, sales and production to meet requirements and dates.
• Maintain organized customer files and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and billing issues, escalating when needed.
• Monitor on-hand inventory and align with orders, forecasts and JIT schedules; perform month-end counts.
