Samsara is hiring a Scale Customer Success Manager to continue the journey after implementation. You will partner with top customers to tailor the IoT platform to their fleet, driving safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

2+ to 4+ years in a customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting role.
Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
Strong priority management with high emotional intelligence.
Experience with technical products and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to build trust with executives and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

Own the post-implementation relationship with top customers, advising on customization and value realization.
Collaborate across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to connect multiple teams.
Work remotely within the US (excluding the specified regions) and drive customer outcomes.
Lead executive business reviews and workshops to align on goals and timelines.
Explain Samsara’s platform capabilities to diverse business units and stakeholders.
