Job summary

Samsara is hiring for a Mid-Market Customer Success role. You will guide customers from onboarding to renewal, owning relationships and ensuring successful deployment of our IoT solutions across diverse industries.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product. You will work in a remote position open to US residents (excluding San Francisco Bay Area, NYC, and DC metro areas).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Mid-Market SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent end-to-end system implementations experience.
• Proven track record communicating with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure in customer issues.
• Has experience serving large, complex B2B SaaS clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide Mid-Market customers to adopt our IoT solutions and derive business value.
• Own the customer relationship through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to Mid-Market customers for quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrations for executives and day-to-day users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
