The role focuses on onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion with a trusted-advisor approach and close collaboration with Account Management. You will lead executive reviews, develop tailored strategies, and leverage data to drive measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles with strong communication skills.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customers with varying complexity.
• Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into strategies.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion for a high-value SMB portfolio.
• Lead tailored account strategies and executive business reviews.
• Serve as trusted advisor to key stakeholders and partner with Account Management.
• Analyze performance and ROI data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product, GTM, and CX improvements.
