Tavus builds real-time conversational video AI, lifelike AI humans offered as an API for developers. We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own relationships with major accounts, drive product adoption, and keep renewals and growth on track with a strong cross-functional approach.

In this role you will work closely with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into priorities and ensure developers and media teams maximize value from the API.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through technical products and helping them extract value.
• Proven ability to drive renewals and growth with enterprise accounts.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams to address customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Own relationships with key accounts and ensure retention and expansion.
• Help customers derive maximum value from the product and API.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and sales to align on priorities.
• Translate customer feedback into clear product and process improvements.
• Monitor churn risk and drive proactive renewal strategies.
