Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United States to partner with eCommerce customers, driving product adoption and renewal protection. You will manage a dynamic portfolio, monitor health signals, and proactively resolve risks before renewals.

You will collaborate with Support, Renewals, Sales, and Professional Services to resolve issues, elevate customer outcomes, and maintain CRM hygiene while leveraging AI-enabled insights to optimize portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management managing customer portfolios.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high-volume accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to identify risk and engage stakeholders to drive renewal outcomes.
• Excellent documentation discipline and cross-functional collaboration.
