Axon Enterprise is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success for Justice & Corrections in the Scottsdale area. You will lead a team of 8–12 Customer Success Managers, driving product adoption and customer outcomes across two critical markets.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, field engagement, and data-driven improvements. You will build scalable operating rhythms, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services, and guide a customer-obsessed culture to maximize value and retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, CS, SaaS, or related fields.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading CS or similar teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams and scale CS programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support.
• Experience using data signals to identify risk and improve outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Sales to drive outcomes; executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across Justice and Corrections.
• Set expectations around engagement, adoption, ownership, risk, and performance.
• Establish consistent 1:1s, reviews, and development plans.
• Build repeatable playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and health.
• Use Salesforce, Gainsight and product usage data to identify trends and act.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes.
