Axon Enterprise in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned Head of Customer Success to lead a high-performing team dedicated to Justice and Corrections customers. You will coach CSMs, manage escalations, and partner across Axon to improve customer outcomes and drive adoption and retention.

You will build scalable CS programs, operating rhythms, and playbooks while leveraging data signals to identify risk and opportunities, shaping a proactive customer strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, SaaS, or related field.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience, leading Customer Success Managers or similar teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams with varying levels of experience.
• Experience building or scaling CS programs, processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
• Strong track record of partnering with Sales to drive customer and business outcomes.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across Justice and Corrections.
• Establish consistent 1:1s, account reviews, and development planning.
• Build a culture of customer obsession, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, outcomes, and stakeholders; coach CSMs to identify adoption gaps and risks.
• Build and scale CS processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to resolve complex challenges.
