Qualifications

5–6 years in Customer Success, SaaS or related strategic consulting fields.
Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities and Einstein AI.

Responsibilities

ROI-driven engagement with clients and clear engagement charter.
Own Signature experience across complex, multi-org customers and align success plans.
Mobilize resources and align internal stakeholders to customer goals.
Advanced stakeholder management with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
