Formación

• Experience in customer success or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Single point of accountability for all deliverables, experience, renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate deliverables across the Signature lifecycle.
• Apply processes to deliver value through the Signature offer.
• Align business value with technical goals among stakeholders.
• Prioritize work and plan tasks for timely delivery.
• Leverage internal resources and seek guidance from managers.
• Build executive relationships with customer IT and business leadership.
• Act as trusted advisor, understanding the customer business model.
• Drive innovation aligned with customer challenges and increase product engagement.
• Partner with experienced teammates to solve complex problems.
• AI literacy: use AI agents for summaries and data tasks.
• Prompt engineering basics to retrieve data and draft plans.
• AI monitoring: use sentiment analysis to flag concerns.
• Collaborative learning within the team.
