You will own the CS tooling stack and drive organization-wide net revenue retention, partnering with a strategist manager and CS engineer to scale automation for educators. You’ll collaborate with teachers and school leaders, translating product usage signals into automated next steps and shaping onboarding, renewals, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building automations, workflows or internal systems.
• Working knowledge of customer success operations (onboarding, renewals, lifecycle).
• Experience at an early-stage startup; founding or early CS hire preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with educators in mind.
• Builder mindset and drive to automate manual work.
• Comfort owning a function and being measured on its results.

• Design and build automated workflows, campaigns and systems for customer success.
• Own the CS function’s tooling and processes end-to-end.
• Drive organization-level net revenue retention through what you build.
