Job summary

Stepful is seeking a leader to own the end-to-end student engagement surface, building a coherent A.I.-assisted communications engine within our lifecycle stack in New York. You’ll design the logic behind next-best-action, define measurements, and ensure the system moves students forward with clarity and confidence.

You will hands-on build in automation tools, own outcomes, and collaborate with Product to scale an automated, human-centered communications program for learners pursuing healthcare

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end student engagement programs.
• Ability to design logic for next-best-action and measurement.
• Comfort building in automation/platforms like CRM tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end student comms surface from signup to success.
• Design triggers, segmentation, routing, and escalation.
• Define success metrics and experiments to prove lift.
• Establish guardrails for clear, human-centered automation.
