- 4+ years of operations experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Systems (Tools & Process) Execution: Improve systems to drive efficiency and remove repetitive CS tasks; optimize tools and automate workflows.
- Global Alignment & Change Management: Standardize processes, drive data integrity, and collaborate across functions to align CS tools with company goals; develop enablement resources and change champions.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Design/maintain systems for collecting and analyzing CS data; build dashboards for actionable insights.
