Job summary

Kershaw in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Senior Customer Service Sales Rep to manage accounts, process orders, and support revenue growth through strong service and sales skills. You will collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, and Logistics to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Require 5–7 years in related roles, proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Office, and a proven ability to resolve complex issues

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of customer service, inside sales, account management, aftermarket sales, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the ERP system (D365) to manage customer accounts, process orders, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, and documentation while maintaining data integrity.
• Resolve invoicing, warranty, pricing, and fulfillment issues; coordinate with multiple departments.
• Support forecasting, annual planning, and revenue growth through analysis of trends.
• Mentor colleagues on best practices, sales processes, and system utilization.
• Meet KPIs related to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and order accuracy.
