Qualifications

• 5–7 years of customer service, inside sales, account management, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts in D365, process orders, and generate performance reports.
• Ensure accuracy of purchase orders, quotations, pricing, customer records, and sales documentation.
• Resolve invoicing, warranties, pricing discrepancies, order fulfillment, and other escalated issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, and Logistics to support customer requirements and delivery.
• Support sales campaigns and product promotions; mentor Customer Service Representatives.
• Meet established KPIs related to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, order accuracy, response times, and data integrity.
