Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, or 3PL‑supported models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing and cash-collection support; oversight of third-party ops.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions; build relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, government programs.
• Align requirements across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; manage risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation, escalation.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and readiness approach.
