Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word; SAP/ERP knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by handling operative tasks.
• Process, monitor, and follow up on customer orders.
• Provide order status updates and invoicing support to customers and sales.
• Explain material lead times, pricing, availability, and delivery details.
• Create invoices and handle returns; manage showroom visits and material reservations.
• Support sales with sample shipments and stock checks; alert on stock issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Perform SAP-related analysis as requested by management.
