Job summary

Food Sales East in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support the sales team, customers, and manufacturers. This full-time onsite role is based in our Charlotte office and focuses on accurate orders, samples, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and admin tasks.
• Able to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Prior customer service, administrative, or sales support experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders, pricing, and information accurately.
• Serve as primary contact for sales associates, customers, and manufacturer partners with timely support.
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming sample cases and packages.
• Place sample orders and coordinate timely delivery of materials.
• Support client trade management activities.
• Collaborate with local management to maintain efficient daily office operations.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office workflows.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
