Job summary

You will join Young Innovations, Inc. in Charlotte, NC to deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and fax, while handling orders, inquiries, and product information. The role requires strong multitasking and a customer-centric mindset.

You will work with ERP/CRM tools to log orders, track shipments, and maintain customer records, with a focus on accuracy and timely resolutions in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ customer service experience in either a call center with high volume or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with an order management system, including a CRM, is preferred.
• Ability to learn products, processes, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service through effectively responding to inbound calls, emails, and faxes.
• Process orders, pricing, changes to accounts, and order inquiries in ERP/CRM.
