Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advanced Customer Support: handle escalated inquiries, provide advanced product/service information, be main point of contact.
• Complex Issue Resolution: analyze and resolve issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Quality Assurance: monitor interactions, provide feedback for improvements.
• Reporting and Analysis: generate and analyze reports to track metrics and identify trends.
• Mentoring and Training: assist in training CSR I and guide warehouse operations team.
