Responsibilities

• Places customer orders via phone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Influences gross profit through pricing inside allowed parameters.
• May adjust non-contract customer pricing to meet demand while protecting profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and processes improvements.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels to fulfill orders.
• May place orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per purchase order without approval.
• Expedites backorders and prepares orders for shipment.
