Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years minimum experience providing customer service in a corporate environment required.
• Experience providing customer service to businesses of all sizes from large corporations to small businesses preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and invoicing issues
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
• Issue customer quotes and manage sales orders
• Communicate with customers and provide status updates
• Perform purchase order reviews and resolve customer account inquiries
• Use various computer packages including QAD, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and other window-based applications
