Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace FED division is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end order processes, customer relationships, and continuous improvement at our Glenolden, PA site. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate quotations.

Required experience includes SAP for order management and a manufacturing background; ITAR compliance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or HS Diploma with 4+ years of manufacturing experience) in a manufacturing environment.
• Two (2) years minimum of professional experience in manufacturing; aerospace experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP for order management is required.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. person status required; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers; prepare communications and coordinate visits.
• Oversee end-to-end order process; coordinate with Global Supply Chain CoE for quotations and timely order resolution.
• Manage customer performance scorecards and ensure corrective actions align with results.
• Navigate escalations with internal stakeholders and provide rapid cross-functional support.
• Provide guidance to account managers on Eaton processes and systems to foster development.
• Coordinate with contracts, pricing, and AR teams to ensure contract compliance and accurate invoicing.
• Maintain customer portal data and drive process improvements.
• Lead customer service activities for new program development; document and execute requirements.
