Job summary

Parker Meggitt, a Parker Hannifin subsidiary, seeks a Senior Customer Account Representative to manage a portfolio of Meggitt accounts and deliver world-class service. You will oversee scorecards, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with planning to forecast demand, ensuring accurate order handling and timely resolutions.

The role requires 4–6 years of customer account management, strong communication, and ERP/CRM experience, including SAP and Salesforce, with cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; work experience may qualify.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 4–6 years of customer account management or similar experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with high service standards and responsiveness.
• Support contract review, order validation, pricing accuracy, and terms coordination.
• Enter and verify customer purchase orders in ERP; ensure accuracy before acknowledgment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet contract requirements and responses.
• Act as voice of the customer; address inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
• Collaborate with Finance, Trade Compliance, Operations, and shared services to fulfill requirements.
