Job summary

The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Indianapolis, IN facility. You will take and process customer orders, address inquiries and complaints, maintain customer files, and coordinate with sales and accounting to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include tracking warehouse stock, providing timely confirmations, supporting sales, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Computer data-entry experience required.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred.
• Bi-lingual, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and changes from customers or sales reps and record, process and place orders timely and accurately.
• Respond to customer complaints and questions; follow up with internal personnel to improve service.
• Maintain customer files.
• Coordinate with Accounting for account questions or disputes and credits as needed.
• Fax or e-mail confirmations and other information to customers.
• Assist sales personnel and generate supplemental sales.
• Track warehouse items to ensure availability and maintain min/max levels; analyze monthly usages and restocking needs.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
