Job summary

Pacer Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative to support distribution operations. You will assist customers and dealers, pick and stage parts, and handle shipping with supervision. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., for a 12-month term with possible extension. Experience in customer order management and familiarity with shipping programs are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and dealers with parts orders and inquiries.
• Pick and stage parts and handle parts shipping.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams under supervision.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental standards; use PPE.
• Process paperwork and transactions at the parts counter.
