Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver top‑level customer service in home city branches or airport locations. You will answer reservations, rate quotes and questions with courtesy and accuracy, in person or by phone.

This full‑time role in Sikeston, MO pays $19.05/hour and offers benefits including paid time off, employee discount and retirement plan. Schedule is a 47‑hour week with overtime beyond 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous inquiries as assigned.
• Provide high level of customer service in person and over the phone to assess rental needs.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, provide directions and general assistance.
• Process returns, check‑ins and exit kiosk transactions; assist with billing and accounts receivable tasks.
• Maintain vehicle condition reports and communicate any problems or maintenance needs.
