Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Senior (CAR Sr) for our Norton, VA location. This full-time role delivers high-level customer service, handling reservations, rate quotes, inquiries, and support across local branches and airport locations.

Starting pay is $18.25 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, rental car discounts, 401(k) with profit sharing, health, life, dental and vision insurance, and ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (total points ≤ 8).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and provide information and resolution for customers and other branches.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone to assess rental needs and meet customers promptly.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and provide directions or general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return and process returns, check-ins and exit transactions.
• Market the company while assisting customers as needed and communicate rental terms and vehicle features.
