Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Woodside, NY, seeks a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver high-level service to internal and external customers. The role supports branch and rental needs, with on-site duties and local training for administrative support and back-up rental duties.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with merit increases based on performance. The CAR Sr will manage calls, greet customers, explain terms, assist with returns, and contribute to a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of college and/or customer service experience.
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Must live within a 1 hour commute to Woodside, NY.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Sundays off per schedule; other weekend shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes and questions, provide information and resolution.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assess rental condition upon return and process returns/check-ins.
• Back-up courier duties, assist at kiosk and in-branch operations.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
• May upsell protection products, upgrades, and options as appropriate.
• Notify management of any vehicle problems; assist with basic maintenance notes.
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior when needed.
• Handle administrative tasks: billing support, accounts receivable, logs.
• Perform backup duties as assigned.
